After accessing Hometax, click Sign Up at the top.
Subscription type
Click on the second tab, “Business/Tax Agent”
Click Sign Up with Business Registration Number on the right

Identity verification is also on the right.
Select “Security Card for Electronic Tax Invoice Issuance”
Enter your business registration number and click Authenticate
Look at the back of the security card issued by the tax office
Please enter the security number of the number.
Agree to Terms of Use
Did the security card authentication completion window open?
If you close that window, the agreement window opens.
Check all “I agree”
Click Next.
Enter member information
Enter information for membership registration.
After specifying ID (duplicate check) and password
If you have entered your basic personal information
Click “Complete Membership”
You are now a member.
To issue electronic tax invoices
Please log in again.
