Click the Get Verification Number button.

Finding your ID by mobile phone number is similar to searching by email address. However, if you do not remember the mobile phone number you entered when signing up, you cannot use this method.
3. Contact customer service
If you do not remember your email address or mobile phone number, you can contact customer service to find your ID.
Go to the Temu website.
Click the Customer Center menu.
Click the 1:1 inquiry button.
Select Find ID.
Enter the information to find your ID.
Click the Submit button.
Contacting customer service to find your ID is the most cumbersome method, but if you cannot remember all the information you entered when signing up, you have no choice but to use this method.
